I remember what it felt like to pour everything into my students, my lesson plans, my classroom and still feel like I was standing still. Like no matter how good a teacher I became, my income would never reflect my effort.

I didn’t leave teaching to change that. I didn’t need a different career. What changed everything was learning to leverage what I already knew, with the tools that were already available to me.
